According to that article the risks are still pretty low, and the relationship between egg consumption and that risk is tenuous. It's not going to change my eating habits.

Eggs are loaded with vitamins and minerals. They are one of the healthiest natural, real whole foods you can eat IMO.

I eat 2-3 eggs a day, often more. They are a great filling protein source.

I lowered my LDL cholesterol without trying when I started taking fish oil supplements for my joints.

I know for a fact that eggs are no good for me... they raise my cholesterol, even if eating only 3 or 4 a week.
I now only use EggBeaters or a generic equivalent.

The solution is pretty simple for me. I just eat egg whites and I can have however many I want. I can't tell the difference in my omelets, frittatas, and egg sandwiches anyway because I add a lot to them including *lots* of heat (peppers and hot sauces). I get the quart size equivalent of twenty large eggs at wallyworld for $3.44 or $3.98 at Aldi's, so the cost is pretty similar to that of eggs. Until they come up with a study condemning the consumption of egg whites, I'm good. I do like poached or over easy on rare occasions when we eat out (about once a year).

Did you see my eye roll? Plus the study only data showed observational. I know some people may have heart related issues due to egg consumption but many ofus will be just fine.

hmm... I may not live long enough for them to finally decide one way or the other. idk but seeing as how they can't make up their minds, what this says to me is that perhaps it would be best to use some moderation. Eggs every other day or no more than 2 a day or something like that.
