Kashi Go Lean original is one of my go-to breakfasts. Not bad as a dry snack either.

I keep a box of Kashi Go Lean at work for those mornings when I don't have enough time to eat at home. We have a cafeteria, so I can just run down and get some milk, and then have a much higher-fiber breakfast than if I'd opted for what's available in the cafeteria!

I find this holds me fine until lunch on non-heavy-workout days. If I'm doing something like a spin class, I need more food. But for mornings like this morning, where I just went for a walk, it's fine.

Take life one day at a time - enjoy today before you worry about tomorrow.

Another one I like if Fiber One. Along with fruit and almond milk or yogurt it's a good filling breakfast.

I like to change up my breakfasts so I'm not eating the same thing every day.

Persistence is more important than perfection.

I am needing to change up my breakfast routine getting a little tired of eggs or egg whites, protein shakes, toast. There is a ton of fiber and protein in this cereal I eat it with almond milk. It does have some sugars in it so I do have to watch my sugars the rest of the day.

I also will go back to eating gluten free oatmeal with berries.
