string cheese or cheese and ham roll ups. peanut butter rolled into balls and frozen, if so inclined you can sprinkle a little dark chocolate shavings over it for flavor.

Mozzarella cheese sticks or cubes of meat! sliced meat rolled up with a slice of cheese works too.

Frankly it never hurts to start with a glass of water. I often confuse thirst for hunger.

3 thick slices of cucumber
Philidelphia Cream cheese
Smoked Salmon

On each piece of cucumber layer a dollop of cream cheese and a chunk of smoked salmon. I use 3 pieces as a nice snack. Can be shared as non-Keto people love it too

A low-carb roll (recipe based on The Keto Bread from dietdoctor.com: www.dietdoctor.com/recipes/the-keto-bread ) topped with salmon salad (salmon mixed with pickled asparagus, dill pickles, sauerkraut, cream cheese or sour cream or Greek yogurt).

Mixed sliced meats, egg, cheese platter - with a spinach avocado dip.
