Hello,

You currently have your calorie range set to 1500-1600. You are right that it increased today based on your tracked fitness. Whether or not you want your fitness to automatically adjust your calorie range is an optional feature. If you want to turn that off, go to your Account Preferences page ( www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/preference.asp
) and click the button to change that in the section for "How My Daily Calorie Range is Determined". That section also includes a link to an article that provides more info about this optional feature.

I hope this helps!

Only 2 weeks since joining SP. Not sure where to ask this question: my amount of calories is much higher than I want it--over 2000 calories. I want it around 1500 and thought I had adjusted that. But is it because I did an hour of strenuous work that it went up? If you exercise, does it add more suggested calories?
