I'm just coming off of keto, after both my daughter and myself ended up with pancreatitis due largely, although not exclusively to keto. I went back on keto because my blood sugar numbers were bad after the death of my grandson, comfort eating. I'm back to my normal low carb, it's good for my blood sugar and more doable for me. I strive for 100 g of each protein, carb and fat. It's easy to track and allows me to have most of the foods that I crave.
Nobody can have it all, you can only have what you love most.
