I didn't sleep as well as I wanted to, but it was better than the previous night. I wear my UP2 to bed and it shows how many times I wake up during the night and how much sound sleep I get, and how much light sleep I get. I was in bed long enough, but I was awake too much. I woke up 3 times and it took me a while to get back to sleep each time. Then I woke up at 5:30 and couldn't get back to sleep, so I got up and started my day about 6:00am.
