I am having some challenge with tracking food, moreso seeing when I track my eating of what I need to eat more of and less of. I use common sense, but see I am not eating enough fiber and protein. Guess as I make the habit of tracking more consistent, I can gain knowledge with better choice and add ons. When I followed WW years ago, I had a tally as the day went on of just what I ate, in a manual journal. Using the computer and this tracking site is sometimes not where I want to go, is there a paper journal Spark has to offer?
I did yesterday, and all I've eaten today. I NEED to keep tracking everything these days, otherwise, well there are times when there was no restraint on high calorie items, so...thanks for this challenge!
