Walk/Runs with both of my dogs (1/2 mile each) + 6.73mile bike ride (28mins) + about a 30mins walk on my "lunch" this afternoon at work today...

The fact is, that to do anything in the world worth doing, we must not stand back shivering and thinking of the cold and danger, but jump in and scramble through as well as we can.

I walked for a little bit and I did some girly push-ups like my Doctor recommended. Not much but it's a start.

15mins with Cardio-in-a-Crunch dvd workout this morning before work in addition to walk/runs with both of my dogs 1/2 mile each... and then at least 30mins walk at lunch today...
