i was told by wellness coach that i shouldnt be eating my fruit before bed because of the sugar. even though it is good sugar. try protein snack instead.

.....to better my health, mood, life...whatever moves you. I plan on placing a emoticon check the next day I post if I was successful. See how many days we can get in a row you can list a few things. More than 3 would be hard for me to change so let's say no more than 3 a day.
Be specific with goals

6/3-tomorrow I will:
-drink at least 2 water bottles full
-ride bike to Y and radio show, at least 5 miles
-take my multi vit
