so i decided to do my own challenge here. speaking from my own experience i decided this needed to be done. the goal is simple all you have to do is do one thing that you normally would do. i know we are all trying to get or keep healthy (weather it is more vitamins in your diet, lose weight, gain weight or activity) but sometimes it is hard to remind your self that even a small change can make a big difference in the long run.
examples are things like walking instead of taking a car to lunch fruit/veggie instead of a cookie. had one less cigarette/drink(soda/coffee/alcohol) today
all you got to do is put down one thing that you know was a better choice then what you almost did or have done in the past.
for today i had cherries with lunch instead of chips .
