has been a downtime month... travel, then I was sick with a cold; rain has been pouring down. Getting back to feeling like I can make progress again!! You are doing GREAT Fluffybox!

10 Dec: 30 min walk 1.25 mi
12 Dec: 40 min floor exercises and 60 min walk 2.75 miles

A bit of a late start.... but there's still a "lot of month left"!! (I've been on vacation, so not tracking... will start tomorrow again!

For anyone who isn't familiar with this challenge...simply join in any time, set your personal goal, post as often as you wish.... Use it as a tool to keep yourself accountable while you enjoy this month of your Journey....and if it helps you find some motivation to push a bit, GREAT! Any format you want to use is fine.
