I am doing squats and wall pushups in the shower. Tonight I am hoping to do 25 of each.

I got some rough news yesterday, so I didn’t do a single sit-up! I’ll be doing them today, though :)

But today’s challenge is to do 100 calf raises, either on a step, or holding on to the back of a chair.

I don’t know my dates, apparently. But last post was supposed to say Jan. 8. 😅

Today, the 9th, is all about crunches. Just good ol’ regular down-on-the-floor crunches! 50 of ‘em, to be specific!
Be careful not to use your back and your neck, to curl yourself up. Be mindful of engaging your abs, and lift your head and torso.

Pushups! I’m going to do wall-pushups, because I have zero upper body strength 😅 but do them as you like.

The goal is 50 pushups throughout the day (or all at once, if you’re a beast 😎 - I’m not!)

Hi!

I’m Kath, and I’m notoriously lazy 😬 I. Just. Can’t. Seem. To. Get. My. Butt. In. Gear!
So now I’m creating this board, both for self motivational reasons and hopefully to motivate some of you 😁

The gist of the challenge is that I find an exercise to do every day, and set a sort-of-lofty rep goal to meet by the end of the day - this is a challenge, after all.
That way, even if I do nothing else all day, I’ll at least have done something before I go to bed 😅
I hope it all makes sense 😄

Today I’m going for a run-ish, outside of this challenge. But the challenge is to do 100 squats throughout the day!

I think I’ll do 10 sets of 10, spread out over the whole day.
