Welcome to both new members! Spark is huge to tackle all at once. Start by tracking food and exercise.. then branch out. There are videos to help with usage of things.

Pain is temporary. It may last a minute, or an hour, or a day, or a year, but eventually it will subside and something else will take its place. If I quit, however, it lasts forever.

Hello, everyone. I have been off and on SP since 2010, and can't say I have ever really worked hard at achieving any success here. I do know that I have gained a lot of weight since first joining this site. So, here I am again, determined to make real changes and have success! I look forward to getting to know everyone!

I just joined sparkpeople.com and I really want this to work. It is a little confusing with all the stuff on the website but I will get through it. But I am really looking for someone in the community (Columbus or Reynoldsburg) that I can become diet buddies with, so we can talk and support each other through this and help each other out.
