Thanks for the props! Keep working hard and realize your goals. I'm hoping to return to that form and tackle another marathon myself.

Pain is temporary. It may last a minute, or an hour, or a day, or a year, but eventually it will subside and something else will take its place. If I quit, however, it lasts forever.

Thanks Bill. Seeing your pics on FB and knowing how hard you have worked/run with MIT is great motivation. My real goal is to lose the weight and someday do the Columbus Marathon. I will get there somedday!!!

I signed up ages ago (can't even remember when) but I am back now. Hopefully will keep working at weight loss until I have met my goal 4lbs down and 58lbs more to go!!!! Glad to have a team to talk to about weight loss and get support.
