This is suck a great site.
I find it helpful to go to "My Trackers" and I try to track my daily food intake.
I also track my weight & exercise periodically. (I'm not too good at exercising & of late I haven't lost much).
You might join different teams that interest you. One very active team is for those who have 50 - 99 pounds to lose. Post to topics that seem to get the most hits and you'll make lots of friends.
Good luck....I'm sure you'll do just fine.

Hi I'm brand new here, trying to figure out the site and how best to use. I'm a empty nester, 43, work full time and then some, and looking for quick tips and daily reminders to take time to take care of myself and get more fit. Any helpful tips on the site and how to navigate is great. Maybe a daily chat or email buddy with similar interests to help keep eachother motativated.

Hi! I am a busy mom of an eight year old trying to help myself and family start having a more healthy lifestyle. I figure the best way to do so is to be a good role model, so here I am. Looking forward to "getting to know" everyone on here.
