Set small goals and track them visually. It will give you extra motivation!

Welcome, TOASTER52. I'd suggest making a list of things that motivate you, then go to that list when you can't seem to get going. I'd also suggest starting slow and make small, easily attainable goals to get your confidence up. You can do it!

Planning and accountability has been key for me. It's hard to stay motivated in the winter, but if I have a plan I am more likely to be successful. Use the tools on here to help you get started. emoticon
