Welcome aboard:) I've been on a juice fast and I'm starting ETL tomorrow. I've looked up some good recipes and I have all my salad stuff ready so I can't wait!

I have been doing this plan for the past 2 weeks. It does take a lot of preplanning. I finally got a good personal use blender. I can make smoothies in a flash now and homemade salad dressings with Furhmans recommendations of nuts/seeds for the oil base. They are delicious. I have to make sure I get lots of different ETL recipes. I like the veggie and fruit base to this plan, but I have to get creative so I won't end up making the same foods over and over.

Welcome back!

I just prepped a bunch of salad in a jar and started making ETL soups over the weekend. Having the stuff on hand really helps me resist temptation - until I get into the swing of it, then I'm feeling good and have no trouble saying no to foods I don't want to eat for health reasons. The other key for me is to find some things I really like which I can enjoy in moderation (like Hail Merry chocolate tarts - yum)
