HI Gang,
I am on day 5 of ELT and can not believe it is this great! I have had no withdrawals, few cravings and I am really not hungry! I am nervous about eating out and eating with family ect. but I guess a little resolve will go along way. I have been on a diet for...well, all my life and I dont feel like I am on one right now. I just eat good stuff that really tastes good until I am full. I truly thought I this plan would taste terrible since I never cared for salads very much but with I found that I really enjoy them when the greens are room temp. I have been using hummus for dressing and found a coconut lime dressing in Earth Fare that comes close to fitting the bill. It does have some cane sugar in it. I can certainly see this as a way of life. I look forward to meeting you all.
