It really is hard to lose weight with health problems. I hope some of the exercise/s that Jeanne shared will help you, and me, too.

Hi,

I am a new member and would like some encouragement about losing weight. I need to lose about 50 lbs.

It is hard for me as I have heart problems and back problems. I have joined "Curves" and go there 3 or 4 times a day. Exercise does a number on me pain wise., but I still do it to lose weight. I need to lose my stomach.
Any ideas would be appreciated. Thank you.
