Hi all, I found this great site by way of my new iPad. I was looking for an app that would help me with my meal and fitness plans. I have a goal to lose 40 pounds and reduce my cholestoerol levels after my 40th birthday physical wasn't as great as I'd hoped in these two areas. Otherwise all is good. I'm happy, low to no stress, and I have a good Attitude about life in general. I enjoy the George Washington parkway trail and now that it is warming up I will be out there on nice weekends riding my bike from Alexandria into DC. I also plan to hit the gym harder no less than 3 thimes a week. I am positive Spark People will help me in meeting my goals. I look to others for support and encouragement. Jimmy
