Classes at the gym are a great way to start and find someone who can motivate you. In this area there are also a bunch of Boot Camp fitness and Kettleball fitness classes that don't keep you in the gym.

Hi everyone I am a 23 year old female struggling to lose weight I really feel like I need a motivated workout partner but I hve no options, I also work at a gym 8-10 hrs a day so seeing/hearing equipment all day kinda shys me away from it please I am open to all advice!!
