You are cruising! Already lost 40 and cranking on the next goal. Not many can belt-notch that kind of success. Kudos to you, CHARMINGCEE.

I'm back on the Spark train after flaming out in '09. For motivation, I've come up with my RESET:
** Reform nutrition
** Embrace exercise
** Surrender bad habits
** Enliven activities
** Transcend limitations

I read these out-loud anytime I need motivation, regardless of the funny looks my teenagers give me. Your story is motivating me, too. Keep it up! NOVA Sparkers rock.

Peace,

Mook

First, I want to say CONGRATULATIONS on your current success that is wonderful!

Motivation can be a tricky thing. More than likely you will probably just need to switch things up a bit, make sure you are tracking your food and drinking your water. Have you updated your status in SP to ensure your calorie level is correct?

You can do this!!!
Best wishes!!
