I'm a 30-something with a 1 year old. I used to workout religiously before getting pregnant, but stopped doing so when my doctor told me that I couldn't workout while I was pregnant. I have even competed in 2 bodybuilding competitions in 2008. Now that I'm a SAHM, I find it so difficult to (1) make myself a priority and (2) really commit to working out regularly. I'm looking for some support because I started the journey last week, but I'm afraid to even weigh myself again because of the fear that I haven't lost even a pound yet. I look forward to receiving support and providing support to others!
