My goal is to lose 105 lbs beginning today and hopefully completing the weight loss by the year 2016. Preferably (my fantasy) by late February 2016 for my 43rd birthday, but I"ll take June of 2016. LOL! I need to find exercises that have no impact on my joints for the first 40 lbs of weight loss.
