I can only say what I said before:
This time around instead of following some diet I am eating what I like using Sparks outline. I track everything that goes into my mouth. It took time but I did it without feeling deprived. Now on maintenance I kick around a pound or two for some reason even when I am really watching, measuring and weight my food most of the days. I usually eat whatever at a luncheon because sometimes I have no other choice but to stay away from the desserts.

The rot starts to set in, when people start making exceptions to their routine

What sort of path did you follow in originally reaching your objectives?

Thanks. But there are a lot of Sparkers who have reach their goal and keeps it for like ten years. I read a lot of the blogs. Its not easy but I refuse to give in to any cravings. My goal is to keep a strong will.

Yes, I see by your weight chart you are at goal.
This is more than many people will achieve.
Not to regain weight is worthy as this is where many other people rebound
Cheers

My challenge is to remain on maintenance while being careful not to go overboard.

My ongoing one is to continue on a weight-loss journey
Cheers Richard
