hi, i am anne. For a long time now i've been struggling with keeping weight at bay. Sometimes succeeding.
But now, at 35, i am 1.60m and weigh 62kg. Might not seem much, but when you are suffering from arthritis, it is hard to get by everyday, with knee aching. I used to be 55kg,last May, the yoyo started the same time my prayer life got into a roller coaster. I am a beleiver, and so when something isn't right inside, it shows outside.
I hope by being here, i'll be able to clean up, and start all over again.
My goals are quite simple , but hard to achieve,my eating habits being real bad.
got to see into everything, my family has a strong history of obesity, i'd like to set a good example for my kids to follow.
wish me all success.
