Sounds like you have a great attitude and I think you will do great here. And your right, its time to think about yourself a little. Some parents seem to think that if your thinking about yourself, you arent thinking about your kids, but thats nonsense. Theres no reason why you cant do both. Wanting to be healthy yourself is the best way to show your kids thats its important to be healthy and they'll follow your example(well, you know how that goes. lol) Well, good luck. Get yourself some SP friends and your well on your way.

Hi everyone!

I am a recently single mother of three girls ages 18, 14, and 10 months. After recently having another baby, I actually have lost weight and weigh less now than I did before getting pregnant! I topped out at about 220 and no have dipped down to 194. The only thing that has helped me do this so far is being so busy with my kids! I haven't been following any meal plans, or exercising...but I am still not where I would like to be. I think that I have kind of lost touch with myself, who I am and think its about time to invest a little in myself. I would like to live healthier overall....for my kids and me. I am hoping that this may be a great way to start! I haven't really dieted before and I hope this is a helpful tool in bettering my life.

Any friends who can help me along the way will be greatly appreciated!
