Welcome! I'm willing to bet SP can help you! Make good use of the Nutrition and Fitness trackers. I found it overwhelming and kind of annoying at first, but once I adjusted and stopped being resentful of tracking every edible thing I even looked at, I could see it's the only thing that has worked for me! emoticon Best of luck!
