I've been doing SparkPeople for about four days now and I'm really liking it so far. Now instead of clicking on random articles and celebrity gossip when I'm online, I've been planning my meals and exercise, which is a nice change. I've also been cooking more which is better for my budget than eating out. I hadn't realized that I'd let myself get so out of shape compared to where I was a few years ago before I went back to school, but I graduate in May and I think that by then I'll be looking and feeling much better. In fact, I already am feeling physically healther from the changes I've made so far!
