Hi,
Don't give up! Wake up tomorrow and go to the grocery store with a list of the groceries you will need to stay within a certain amount of calories for the week. Do 10 minutes of Coach Nicole's DVD. Start little or dive in, anything helps. Believe me I've been trying to lose this weight for 26 years and once and for all 9 days ago I said that's it and I have been going strong every since. Log into Sparkpeople as much as possible and just read through the message boards and your Sparkteam pages. You will gain so much valuable info and get so much motivation.
