welcome to the team;
sparks is a life style change. they teach us a healthier way of living. here is some tips.

1. track evevrything you eat
2. drink your water at least 8 glasses aday
3.exercise even if its 10 minutes aday intil you can add more minutes and more exercise
3.make goals for yourself short term and long term
4.read other sparkers pages and blogs they will motivate you
5. inter act with your teams they also motivate you
