Welcome to the team. Two pounds a week is totally doable in the beginning months. I've been losing that with just eating right. Once spring finally arrives for real, I'll add a little exercise to the mix.

Welcome to the site~ We have a very similar goal....I my weight loss started at 203 and my goal is 130. I am only a month a head of you on the Spark. I am so glad you are here. Hopefully we both can be celebrating Christmas with meeting our goals.

hey girl! Glad to have you. If you don't mind me asking what is your plan to loose weight ? I have problems because I can't excerise to much because my chronic migraines any help would be good thanks

My first day. I have a goal of two pounds per week and am very excited to get started. I have 63 pounds to lose. My weight now is 203 and my goal is 140
