thanks for the info I asked because I have migraines to when I exert myself with exsercise I get a migraine so a elliptical sounded like the way to go

EVERYDAY IS A GOOD DAY WITHOUT A MIGRAIN

I have as well. Like Karen said, you can lose the weight using other machines or just walking outside. I love the elliptical. I go back and forth on that and the treadmill to give me some variety.

I did in the past. I honestly don't think it matters what you use to work out, as long as you MOVE and do it consistently and make sure it's challenging you, you WILL lose weight. Good luck!
