Welcome to this team. I found that I kept a food journal to track on paper all food and drink I consumed for a month. Then I inputted into spark people. I found it made it easier to track. I was then able to use the recipe feature and use the favourites on food tracker page. So much quicker to track. Not sure if this helps.

I am 52, and I have around 20 pounds to lose. It has just creeped up on me the last few years. It seemed like when I hit 50, I immediately gained 10 pounds, then 5 more.

In any case, my husband and I have gotten fitbits, and I'm trying to figure out a nutrition plan that I can live with.

Taking time out for this will be difficult, I think. I mean, all the tracking and entering the foods I eat and everything. However, over time I hope it will get easier and will help me!
