I'm back as well, and just joined this team. I lost weight in 2017 and like you thought I could continue without tracking... WRONG. I've learned my lesson and am back for good this time. I've lost 9 lbs. since coming back and have another 6 to go, but may set a new goal once I get there. Hope we can be there for each other!

Thank you for your support! Yes, I need to track my food choices on a daily basis. That is what worked well before!

Susan, welcome back. I have been on Spark People for a long time. Don't post as often.
I have been able to maintain my weight loss after finding the right combination of exercise
and food.

Enjoy the journey. Sammi

Susan, glad you are back. I have been on SP a couple of years. I find making small changes works the best. They become healthy habits over time. Food tracking for sure is key for me. I have developed a routine of excersise over many years, however the food tracking is most important for me. Hope that helps!

Hi, My name is Susan.I am from Indiana and am 59 yrs old. I was on Spark People about a year ago, but got away from it.
I thought I could finally figure out my calories on my own...WRONG!!! So I am back and need to lose 22 lbs.
I'm looking forward to getting back on track with using the food and exercise tracking tools on here and this time I'm sticking to it.( I had lost 42 lbs previously, but gained 12 lbs back).
I hope I can support other members who are in the community as well. emoticon
