HI all,
56 and hanging at 10 lbs over desired weight for a couple of years after losing 30lbs. I need motivation getting off my arse more often and getting my sweat on. I've started HIIT running a couple of times a week. My daughter calls it a Mom-Jiggle-Jog! I'm thrilled that I do a 15-minute mile in 40 minutes. It really is helping get the muscles working again.
