I joined Spark over 10 years ago. I did use the food tracker and posted what I ate for a few days. I read more labels on what I was eating and changed some of my favorites with better choices. I created my own diet from the suggested items. Got rid of 15 lbs in about a year and another 5 after that.

Have kept it off and believe you can take what will work for you from all the good information provided by Spark. I also started walking and doing yoga. I am healthy and 74. Good luck on your journey to a healthier you.

Hi Everyone I'm 64 yrs old and it's harder has you get older. I do like to work out. But hard to stay on a diet Do any members follow the spark diet and and how much do you lose. There are so many diets out there I tried them all Need your help
