I cannot get below 135 for any length of time. I have been stalled at 136 to 138 forever. I did have surgery in January and stayed in the same range so should be thankful for that. I am working on getting back up to 10000 steps daily. Presently have 8500 as a goal but have been exceeding that most days. We can do this.

We all reach a plateau in our weight lose, I have been in one for months. We must keep the faith that we will eventually move forward. We can all do it, it is just a little harder for some of us. Let's keep up the support for each other.

Hi, Prettybaby.
I know were you are coming from, I have been doing the same thing. Having trouble getting out of the 190"s. This has been going on for the last 6 years for me. Just remember to log your intake of food daily, this seems to work for me. As for the walking, I am also trying to get to the 10,000 steps daily. Did it on Monday the 19th, when the grandkids came to visit. Found that when you do it with someone, you can get there, so try to find yourself a buddy.

hi grannysue, i have been up to 185 then i can get down to 181 then i go back up again. it has been this way for 5 years. I am hoping sp can help me get below 180. i will keep trying and when i get there i will celebrate by walking 10,000steps. another goal i can not get too. thanks for the support. it means a lot to me. lorraine

I am having the same problem and have decided maybe I was not eating enough so I am going to eat the mid range of my calories and see what happens this week. I know from the 47 times I dropped out of WW that you start with a high point number and as you lose weight the points go down so I am thinking start at the mid to high end of the calories and then go down.
