Welcome! I've been there working all the time. It's hard not to just grab whatever's easiest when you get hungry. The trick is to plan ahead. Pick a day to cook and prepare lots of good food. Portion it out into small containers and keep it in the frig or freezer where you can grab it on your way out the door. That way your frig is like a 7-11 but instead of donuts and candy bars (or those bad for you sausages) it has chicken legs, salads, stir-fries, veggies, etc. Make sure you take plenty with you and eat when you're hungry rather than putting it off till later, which is a diet killer. You can always bring any leftovers back home.

As others have said read all the good info on SP, set up your trackers and find a group or groups that interest you. Maybe for interest reasons, maybe for health reasons. Remember this journey is different for everyone and the more you know and the more people that support you the better you will do.
