If you've done it before, then you know what to do to get it off. If you feel like you could use continued support with maintaining the weight loss as you approach your goal, please do take a look at the team At Goal & Maintaining + Transition to Maintenance. I have found this team very helpful to me in making the shift from weight loss to weight maintenance and continued engagement with teams and other SparkMembers holds me accountable.

Again, emoticon and Good Luck with the Biggest Loser Contest at work!

Welcome to the group and good luck in your Biggest Loser contest! You've done it before,so you know what works. Make sure you make it a lifestyle change and not a diet, so you keep it off for good this time!

Hello all,
I'm new to the 50+ group (thanks to my last birthday emoticon ) but not new to SparkPeople. I've gotten way off track over the last year or so and I've gained back most of the weight I had lost. We recently started a "Biggest Loser" contest at work, and I'm using this as a motivator to get back on track. I'm looking forward to getting to know all of you!
