Good plan! That's what I'm doing - cutting out snacks which I don't need anyway, and minimising sugar, plus at least 10 minutes exercise each day. Simple. Sustainable.

Hi! My weight has been going up since I turned 45, and I have decided it is time to change this upward trend. Over the past 15 - 20 years, I have lost lots of weight, but every time I reach a goal and have stopped following my current diet plan, I gain it all back, then add even more. Two weeks ago when I stepped on the scale I was 79 pounds overweight. I am hoping to not choose any diet plan, but make changes that can become lifelong changes. I'm looking forward to being a team member where we encourage one another towards our goals.
