My highest weekly mileage (M-N) has been 100, with many,many lifetime weeks of 70+

Right now my mileage is low after my first two lifetime injuries (hip adductor tendonitis and plantar fasciatis, hit at once after low mileage due to life; I hate low mileage! Never injured at years of high mileage!)

Running a lot doesn't seem to do much for my weight but being lighter does a lot for my running; that's why I'd like to be back down!

Looking for people to be spark-buddies with.

I am trying to lose weight. Desperately.

I am signed up for my first 100 mile. Umstead, here I come!

Most my races have been timed races with my furthest being 54 miles (10 hour). I am doing my first 100K in a couple weeks

I was a Boston Qualifier in 2009 but now I am slow-slow-slow! I would like to speed up again.

I've ran about 42 official marathon plus races. I started running in August 1999. My first marathon was Nov 2006; my first ultra was Jun 2011.
