I always hear that it is best to join chat groups about weight loss, but how do you find time to always be active in a chat group. I don't even pay much attention to Facebook and everyone always asks 'Did you see this or that today?'
How do you talk about yourself to strangers, when you don't feel comfortable about talking about yourself to yourself?
