Hi! Welcome to the team. emoticon

I to have been on and off here over the years. I am on my third time of losing 60lbs. The difference for me this time is I am sticking with it. If I miss several days I just get back to it rather than completely fold and disappear for months or a year or more. I too try to stay active on here logging exercise, trying for 100 spark points a day, reading and commenting on friend feeds and blogs, participating in game and chat forum threads.

I wish you all the best on your journey.
Kathleen

looking for friends to connect with, get to know, and encourage each other along this journey. :-)
Blessings

Hi! New to this team although I have done SP off and on for several years. I recommitted late last year to getting myself down to a healthy weight. My experience is that the more active I am on the SP teams the more inspired and motivated I am.
I am 58, married mom of 3 with a high stress sedentary job that leaves me drained and short of personal time. Went from extremely skinny child to 260+ lb adult.
Looking for friends on an active team who help me focus on my positives rather than my negatives to keep my Spark lit.

The only way we can fail is to give up. Never surrender!
