I have been a member of Sparks for years. I have reached many of my goals. I have been maintaining for two years. Hubby is going back on his diet to lose the 20 pounds he regained through his mother's illness. I do not follow it completely, but I will be eating the same meals and I am sure that I will drop at least 8 to 10 pounds during his six weeks of restricted eating. Protein, natural fruits and veggies. No white veggies, dairy or breads. I have followed a modified version of this since he did it before. I would have rice, potatoes and pasta, but not all in the same week. One each week thus limiting the amount. Cutting out all the cheeses we use to eat. When cooking with cheese, I cut the amount and still have good results.

Hubby just started eating all the wrong things again when he was out. Big commercial blueberry muffins. large candy bars. Cokes, all the things he knew were not good for him. I believe a lot of this was after the lose of this mother he did it for comfort

Keep on track
