Do you garden?
I did plant a wonderful green plant that must be cooked.....it cannot be eaten as a fresh leaf: it's called "Kutumbre" here (northern Ghana), but it is known as "Elephant Ear" in the States. It cooks up like spinach and is very good.
Thank you again, it was so thoughtful of you to help. I will try to find the book you mentioned through a library loan program on Kindle.
