If you tell God no because He won't explain the reason He wants you to do something, you are actually hindering His blessing. But when you say yes to Him, all of heaven opens to pour out His goodness and reward your obedience. What matters more than material blessings are the things He is teaching us in our spirit.

I'm so excited to see you here! I'm moving to the city next year and am going to try to find an apartment near a community garden with a not-too-long waiting list (looks like a couple gardens will let me join the waiting list NOW before I've actually moved!) Glad you've found a way to grow trees in the concrete jungle!

Hi welcome to the team!
I have large perennial beds, and some raised beds for veggies, I have fruit bushes as foundation plants around my house. I am also involved in starting a native plant nursery for the watershed group I am involved with. We will plant the natives out where they can help take up some pollutants before they get to the creek and also to start some rain gardens in public areas.

Hello fellow gardeners,
NYC community gardener here. 25x20 plot in the heart of Queens. First year in this garden, but fourth year gardener. Still consider myself a newbie. Just starting to seed save this year. Hoping to learn so much from all of you. Growing herbs, loads of greens, tomatoes, ground cherries, cabbage, squash, pumpkin, and much more. Planted a fig and peach tree this year and plan to add more trees and some berries next year. Wish I had more time to devote, but doing my best considering the garden is a mile from my home and I don't make it there every day. I sure do enjoy eating the fruits, and vegetables, of my labor..
