Hi ladies and gentlemen.
I am Mary... originally from Santa Fe, NM, now living in British Columbia... a little piece of paradise along the great Kootenay Lake. This morning, I walked my dog at the lake and did a 90 minute yoga class. I already have 10,744 steps on my pedometer. I'm on track and feeling great!

I am relatively new to Spark People and I saw on the team digest a request to record your stats. I already do this within my own sections, but I'm not sure if my stats get translated to the team collective. If there is anything else I need to do, please let me know.

I am loving Spark People, a healthier me, the website and all of the new friends I'm making.
