I have three kids, two boys and a girl. I gained all the weight back that I had lost in the first place. I hope to lose it all again.

A life long change takes a day at a time to make. ;)

Hey ladies...my son will be 4 weeks old tomorrow and I too am looking to shed some pounds and really get it together. I love babyfit but it doesn't seem to fit my goals so I figured I'd come on back. Before I left, I had already lost a few pounds and I was so excited but then I got pregnant. Thank God I only gained 15 pounds with this pregnancy but I managed to add a few pounds with each of my 5 other pregnancies over the last 11 years so I'm still about 20 pounds heavier than I want to be. I also plan to start out walking, using the videos online and then progress from there. I am breastfeeding so I can't cut out too many calories but of course it's all about the content. I am so excited to get back in the swing of things and hopefully be successful at losing this weight.

Hi everyone...My name is Julie and I just had my second child 4-weeks ago. I am ready to start being healthy again and excited to get healthy. I gained 60lbs w/ this pregnancy, which is way too much for me and now I have 30 still left to lose. I am going to start out slow with walking and watching my diet for extra calories. I am excited to get to know you guys and hear about your success.

Welcome back! It can be hard to start to lose the weight after the baby. Time for yourself can be a huge struggle. I will tell you that the best time to get the weight off is after a pregnancy. The body is like holy pooh, what's all this fitness and diet, then boom the weight just start melting off! Good luck, I know you can do it. This site is great for motivation!! emoticon

Hi my baby is nearly three months old and I have gained 30lbs since I was last on sparkspeople. I haven't figured out how to reset my weight tracker. I am looking for support and motivation from other moms who are getting back into the saddle of exercise and healthy eating. I had a difficult pregnancy of sickness and not being able to move much and not my body is trying to find it's way back to normal.
