Hey thank you so much...
I know life in college is so busy I mean it is so much busier than I had ever thought.. Even I thought that I would lose weight once the semester begins I mean I thought that all the tensions, midterms and all would make me lose weight but I was totally wrong. Sitting in front of the computer all day long has been one of the most important factor for my weight gain.. But now I have started jogging and some stretching... I hope it works out...

Welcome!! It's pretty crazy how all that weight attacks you in your Freshman year, huh? When I was a freshman, I always thought that walking across campus so many times a day was enough exercise. I'm now in my final semester of college, and still having problems losing all my freshman weight. Learn from my mistakes, and don't forget to "shock" your body with different exercises. Good luck losing it all, and we're always here to support each other.

Hey this is me pavysha.. I am a freshman in college and in just six months I have gained 26 pounds and god it is so hectic... I mean I really need to lose it anyhow and I feel so good that I have join here...
